Withdraw from purchase

You can use this form to exercise your right to withdraw from your purchase.

Withdraw purchase

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the goods, including receipt at a parcel shop, collection point, or similar pick-up location designated by you.

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The return is considered timely if the item has been handed over to the postal service or another shipping service responsible for delivering the item to us before the 14-day period expires. As proof of timely return, you must provide a receipt for handing over the item to the postal service or similar for shipping.

Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.

Please note that using this form is optional. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us through our customer service.

Refunds and return costs

When you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges paid when placing your order.

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. If you choose to use our return label, a fixed return fee of [X€] will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
