All products that are purchased through rains.com are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you want to make a claim on your Rains product, please submit your case below. Please prepare pictures of the damage on your item, as well as a description of the damage.

For products bought from a Rains Store or an authorised Rains stockist, please reach out to the corresponding point of sale.

Our warranty is not available for products bought from any other vendor.
