All orders are shipped during courier's business hours. We ship to UK addresses only. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on the way. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, it is your responsibility to contact Rains.

Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.

If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from rains.com. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any intact items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order. This means that such products are not returnable, unless there is any manufacturing error. For products bought from an authorised Rains stockist, please reach out to the corresponding stockist for return / exchange.
