Competition Terms
RAINS ApS, Ib Spang Olsens Gade 12, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark, organize all competitions. Competitions on social media are not associated with or sponsored by any social media platform.
The following terms and conditions are agreed to when participating in competitions. Failure to accept terms and conditions withdraws a participant from the competition.
Footwear interaction - Store Competition
The competition runs from August 5 to September 14, 2026.
One winner will be selected at random on September 14, 2026, from all valid entries.
To participate, you must sign up for Rains email marketing via the competition form.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your participation in the competition when you sign up.
You can always unsubscribe from the email list via the link at the bottom of emails from Rains. Please note that by unsubscribing, you will also forfeit your participation in the competition.
The winner will be contacted directly by email on September 14, 2026.
The prize is voucher for a citystay worth 20.000 DKK or the equivalent amount in local currency.
Please note that the voucher may be subject to the terms and conditions of the provider where it is redeemed. Any provider-specific terms will be communicated once the voucher provider has been confirmed. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the voucher provider and is solely held by Rains.
Win a Dry Boot - Meta Competition
The competition runs from August 5 to October 15, 2026.
One winner will be selected at random on October 15, 2026, from all valid entries.
To participate, you must sign up for Rains email marketing via the competition form.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your participation in the competition when you sign up.
You can always unsubscribe from the email list via the link at the bottom of emails from Rains. Please note that by unsubscribing, you will also forfeit your participation in the competition.
The winner will be contacted directly by email on October 15, 2026.
The prize is an optional pair of Boots.
By entering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the competition’s terms and conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

The competition runs from July 22 to September 14, 2026.
One winner will be selected at random on September 14, 2026, from all valid entries.

By entering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the competition’s terms and conditions. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
Win a Rains order - Flyer
The competition runs continuously.
To participate, you must sign up for Rains email marketing via the competition form.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your participation in the competition when you sign up.
You can always unsubscribe from the email list via the link at the bottom of emails from Rains. Please note that by unsubscribing, you will also forfeit your participation in the competition.
A winner is drawn on the first workday of each month from all valid entries received by signing up to e-mail marketing during the previous month.
Each entry is only eligible for the draw in the month of registration and does not carry over to subsequent months.
The prize is a voucher worth 700 USD to be used on rains.com.
The winner will be contacted directly via email.
By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms:
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and cannot be used in physical stores.
Terms and conditions (General)
The following general terms apply to all competitions organized by Rains ApS, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual competition description above.
Competition participants must be 18 or older. RAINS employees cannot participate in any RAINS competition.
The competition announcement will state the action(s) required to enter the competition, the prize, closing date and when the winner(s) will be drawn.
All participants must have completed the action(s) required to enter the competition before the stated closing date.
RAINS will randomly draw the winner(s), from all participants, by the stated draw date.
The winner(s) will be contacted directly via email. If a winner does not reply to RAINS within 14 days, a replacement winner will be randomly drawn.
The prize will be send to the winner(s) after agreement. The delivery cost are covered by RAINS.
If the competition states that you can choose a style or color of your own choice, the selected style must be available and in stock,
By participating in this competition, consent is given for Rains to process personal information in relation to the competition. All personal information received in regard to this competition is treated confidentially within Rains. Rains is compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
