Gifting for someone with particular taste? Rains’ Gift Card can be purchased to meet the wishes of anyone on your holiday shopping list.

E-gift cards are delivered by email. All gift card orders are fulfilled within 24 hours on business days. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email including a redemption code, which can be forwarded to the gift card recipient. All e-gift cards do not expire and can only be used at rains.com (international webshop). E-gift cards are not redeemable at physical Rains stores.

Delivery

All orders are shipped during courier's business hours. We ship to UK addresses only. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on the way. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, it is your responsibility to contact Rains.

Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.

If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from rains.com. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any intact items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order. This means that such products are not returnable, unless there is any manufacturing error. For products bought from an authorised Rains stockist, please reach out to the corresponding stockist for return / exchange.
